Our main objective at Murtra Nonwoven is to satisfy the increasingly demanding requirements of the automotive industry and to design customized solutions to improve the driving experience and the comfort of the car. Our products affect acoustic performance, guaranteeing excellent vibration damping and they are both very durable and aesthetic.
Our product portfolio includes weights from 20 to 120 gr / m². Nonwovens have different finishings and technical qualities, which make them the optimal solution for your different applications.
We have materials with various types of film (adhesive, barrier, adhesive-barrier-adhesive, etc.) laminated, flame retardant (both vertical and horizontal tests), water-repellent, oleo phobic, thermo-adhesive (thermoplastic and thermoset), recyclable, biodegradable, etc.
In addition, we incorporate mixtures of different fibres to obtain products that meet the technical characteristics that the sector requests.
Applications
- Headliner: non-woven release agent for top and middle layer.
- Acoustic insulation parts in engine compartment: bonnet, dash and battery cover with flame retardancy (vertical and horizontal test), water-oil-diesel repellency and other finishings.
- Non-woven backing support for all types of substrates, felts, foams, EPDM, fiberglass and other materials.
- Special materials according to customer request and possibility of manufactured materials with recycled fibers.
