We continue to bet on innovation by joining the Clúster de Materials Avançats de Catalunya.

The MAV Cluster is a private non-profit association dedicated to promoting innovation in advanced materials and their technologies. Murtra Nonwovens has joined its ecosystem, which covers the entire value chain, from material manufacturers to processing companies and end users. This step reinforces our commitment to a more connected, competitive, and efficient business network. The MAV Cluster operates in more than 10 sectors and includes over 70 entities, including universities, companies, and research centres. Our nonwovens stand out for their versatility, adapting to a wide range of applications in sectors such medical, cosmetic, automotive, agriculture, filtration, wood, construction, and specialties. Thanks to our production technologies in Piera (Spain) and Ystad (Sweden), we develop materials with customized finishes and properties tailored to each application’s needs. Being part of the MAV Cluster will help us raise awareness about nonwovens and their multiple applications, while also fostering synergies and new collaboration opportunities with innovative companies and institutions. _______
