Putting Sustainability Into Practice.

Almost a year ago, our MNW S.E.E.D. PROGRAM (Sustainable Engagement & Environmental Development) was born. This program established the bases and the road map for the transition towards a cleaner company and 100% committed to the race against time to remedy climate change and the negative impact of the industrial sector.

It has been a decisive period where sustainable investment has driven considerable progress within our organization divided into 5 themes guided by the United Nations Global Compact: Governance, Human Rights, Labour Standards, Environment and the Fight Against Corruption

We have revitalized various initiatives such as the achievement of ISO 14001:2015 standard (achieved in January 2023), optimization of water resources for cleaner and more intelligent water management, modernization of machinery, minimization of waste through recycling plans and reuse of existing resources, development of sustainable materials portfolio, equality and equity plan, safety and hygiene of our workers, internal and external training on sustainability, sustainable awareness policies both internally and in the supply chain and the installation of solar panels as part of our greener energy use plan.

But this is only the beginning! We intend to take our policies, objectives and actions to the next level by putting sustainability into practice and transforming it into a mind-set and the engine of our decision making process.
