Murtra Nonwovens expands its production capacity by adding a new line in Tefisa, its Spanish factory.
This was one of the challenges we had for the beginning of this year, and we have achieved it: expanding the production capacity of our factory in Spain. The challenges posed by the nonwovens sector drive us to be in constant evolution and improvement: nonwovens find increasingly diverse applications. At Murtra Nonwovens, we work to ensure that these applications, or any new project our customers require, can be carried out.
This new production line represents a strategic investment that will lead us to expand our portfolio, solve the sector’s challenges, and ultimately get closer to our goal: to produce the best nonwoven on the market.
The technology used in this new line is chemical bonding, a process that employs liquid binders for the bonding of fibres. This technique ensures a high-quality veil with excellent technical performance and remarkable versatility. As a result, it is possible to manufacture nonwovens tailored to a wide range of applications where this type of material is required, providing efficient and customized solutions to meet the needs of various industries.
With the implementation of this new line, Murtra Nonwovens continues on its path to stay at the forefront of the industry.
