New tool to reduce our environmental impact.

At Murtra Nonwovens we continue to boost sustainability in our organization to provide intelligent and disruptive solutions that represent a real change in the #environmental crisis.

To do this, we have started in our Swedish factory, IMS Nonwoven, the analysis of the life cycle assessment (LCA) of some of the products we manufacture to measure the environmental footprint and integrate solutions with less impact. This initiative is the first step to extend this methodology to our entire range of products and during this year, our Spanish factory, Tefisa, plans to follow these same steps to comply with the environmental action plan that the company has set.

Knowing, analysing, and reversing our impact throughout the supply chain (raw material, transportation, manufacturing process, distribution and use, recycling, and final use) is a highly valuable tool that will allow us to work on reducing carbon #emissions.
