Nonwoven fabrics can be applied with one or more layers of film through high temperature, pressure, or by adding an adhesive; the resulting material is a laminated nonwoven fabric: a veil that, thanks to its structure and properties, is suitable for a wide range of applications. The lamination process gives the nonwoven greater mouldability as well as high thermal, chemical and water-repellent performance.
